Air Asia airfare promos are being offered every now and again. Since most of the promo fare tickets are limited, it is best that you learn how to do your booking fast via the Air Asia online booking.
On this post, we will look into the step by step guide on Zest Air ticket online booking.
STEP 1: Enter your Flight Details
Go to www.airasia.com.ph and input your flight details – Origin, Destination, Dates and number of Passengers.
On our sample, we chose a Manila to Cebu route for a July 7, 2017 flight schedule.
Most AirAsia ticket promos won’t need an AirAsia promo code. To get the lowest AirAsia airfare cost, it is best to be flexible with your travel dates, click on “I just want the cheapest flight”.
STEP 2: Choose your flight time.
Flights at dawn or late at night often have the cheapest flight promo rate.
STEP 3: Choose your add-ons
Once you have chosen a flight time, you will be given the option to get the AirAsia premium add-ons (Meals/Baggage Allowance/Seat Selector), you can just chose to hit on CONTINUE right away.
You will see this screen once you hit CONTINUE,
if you are not an AirAsia Big Member, just click Continue as guest.
STEP 4: Enter the passenger info.
Notice that on the right side of the page, they automatically added baggage allowance to your booking, don’t worry, you can change/remove this on the next page.
STEP 5: Adding/Removing Add-Ons
If you think you will be needing more than the allowed 7 KG AirAsia Hand Carry Baggage Allowance, it is best to add it while you are doing your Air Asia ticket booking as it is cheaper compared to adding it at a later date or worse paying excess baggage at the airport check in counter.
Here is the Table for the current Air Asia Baggage Allowance Rates. (Note: Rates may change at anytime)
Air Asia Travel Insurance costs Php 200 extra – click on the NO option if you prefer not to take advantage of it.
STEP 6: Contact Details
Enter your contact info and make sure you put a check mark agreeing to the Air Asia Terms and Conditions.
On the same page you will see the AIR ASIA PAYMENT OPTIONS. Take note that on each of these payment options, unless you are using the Big Member Credit Card, there is a PHp 168 Air Asia payment processing fee that will be added to your total booking costs.
UPDATE!! As of September 2017, the booking processing fee is now PHP 224. Rate may change at anytime. Pay ZERO processing fee if you use an Air Asia BIG Prepaid MasterCard.
To see the list of the over the counter payment centers of Zest Air Asia – refer to this POST. You need to make the payment within 12 hours if you chose this option.
If you choose the Air Asia Counter Payment option, take note of the Merchant Reference Number as you will be needing this info when you fill the ticket booking payment form at your chosen payment center.
After successful booking and payment, you can expect your Air Asia itinerary sent to your contact email.
